Av. Dr. M. Kemal Mamak

Att. Dr. Mamak, graduated in 1995 from Ankara University Faculty of Law, and after completing his master’s degree at the University of Essex in the UK in 1998, he completed his PhD at Marmara University EU Institute in 2009. Att. Dr. M. Kemal Mamak is a lawyer with 30 years of experience. He has advised on financing, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions in many international transactions such as energy, infrastructure, mining, construction and capital markets projects and has extensive experience and expertise in their negotiation processes.

He was also a member of the team that provided advisory services to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority in relation to the secondary natural gas market and lectured “Mergers & Acquisitions” and “Negotiation of International Trade Contracts” graduate courses at Bahçeşehir University and Istanbul Bilgi University.
