Av. Dr. iur. Ender Özeke

Att. Dr. iur. Ender Özeke, graduated in 1991 from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, and after completing his master’s degree magna cum laude at Vrije University in Belgium in 1995, he completed his PhD at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2004. From 2008 to 2015, he lectured Administrative Law at Yeditepe University. Enrolled in the Istanbul Bar Association in 1991, Att. Dr. iur. Ender Özeke has more than 30 years of practice and advisory experience.

He has extensive experience in negotiating with numerous counterparties, including various governmental authorities as well as financial institutions, in complex and large-scale deals on projects in various sectors such as infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, structuring and restructuring of mergers and acquisitions transactions and handling sensitive shareholder relations issues. He has experience as arbitrator and lawyer in amicable settlements between partners in project companies and in joint ventures and in Turkish and international arbitration cases. He has also been acting as a member of board of directors in various corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
